Let’s get to know each other! The most enjoyable and productive training experiences occur when trainer and client are a good fit. Before deciding on a training plan, we will first schedule a 20-minute conversation over Zoom or in person to see if we feel compatible, discuss expectations, initial questions, and to determine if/how we will work together going forward. There is no commitment to training at this stage and no pressure to move forward if it doesn’t feel like the right option for you right now.
1:1 Personal training
In-person at 189a Cedar St., Somerville, MA (Tuesdays/Thursdays only) OR Zoom-based virtual sessions (Mon/Wed/Fri only):
4-Pack 55-Minute Sessions: $440
4-Pack 45-Minute Sessions: $360
8-Pack 30-Minute Sessions: $480
***Larger packages may be available at the regular session rate for those who wish to train more than 1x/week or who prefer the billing convenience of a larger payment. If you are looking for an option not listed here, please email to inquire.***
Scheduling: A consistent weekly schedule is recommended for accountability and consistency, but life happens! Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours of your session time in order to not forfeit the session. Exceptions will be made if we’re able to reschedule the session within 7 days of the original session time.
Small group classes
Strength and Conditioning: 7am Tuesdays (5 person limit)
60 Minutes
This is an all-levels, size-inclusive class that will combine the badassery of strength-focused work with heart-pumping exercises designed to work your whole body and. Options will be given so that you can work in the way that is best for your own body.
Cost: $30/class (can be purchased here as single classes or packs of 4).

Sign-up Process: Purchase the class(es) and then complete your Trainerize setup as prompted. You will have the option to book the class within the Trainerize app.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance or the cost of the class will be forfeited.
